Customer-Focused Selling™ Workshop

This is not your typical "sales training workshop". In a highly interactive, adult learning format, Customer Focused Selling™(CFS) provides all the core competencies needed for effective consultative selling—with special emphasis on the particular areas shown by the Sales Skills Assessment Tool™(SSAT) to need improvement.

In-house workshops (one-day or two-day) can also be arranged for a minimum of 6 people, allowing the specific requirements of the company to be discussed. Please contact us for further details.

Please note that although we will try to accommodate all registrations this may not always be possible if a seminar has limited availability. Should this be the case we will contact you with alternative workshop dates.

Terms & Conditions

The Training Fee is payable in advance. In addition shared costs, namely the costs for the seminar room, equipment, meals, refreshments (conference package), trainer’s expenses, workshop materials and shipping costs will be billed on a pro rata basis. Please note that all costs are exclusive of VAT. Overnight accommodations are not included and you are requested to make your own arrangements.

If for any reason a workshop participant cancels out of a workshop the following policy will be in effect:

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • Three weeks (21+days) in advance of workshop - NO CHARGE provided you have contacted us in writing by email to our Client Care Manager, Hannah Kim at HKim@gct-partners.com

  • Less than Three weeks (21 days) up to One week (7 days) prior to the starting date a cancellation fee of – 50% of the Training Fee and the shared costs is due but an (in house credit) will be kept on file for the company to use at a later date in the same calendar year.

  • If a cancellation is received during the week (1-7 days) preceding the starting date, or if a participant fails to appear for the workshop – 100% of the Training Fee and the shared costs will be charged.

  • All cancellations must be received in writing. Substitution of participant(s) can be made any time up to the last working day prior to the starting date or participant(s) can ask for an in house credit to be used within 3 months of the cancellation. There will be a $100/€75 administration fee to process this transfer request.
